Eclair Cake

1 cup boiling water
1 cube of butter or margarine


Stir over heat until butter is melted.  Remove from heat.


Add:


1 cup flour
4 eggs (1 at a time)

Pour into pan and bake at 400* for 25-30 minutes till browned.   Cool.

Mix:


1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
1 8 oz brick cream cheese
2 1/2 cups milk

Pour over cooled crust.

Top with 1 large container of cool whip.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into pieces and pour chocolate sauce over top.
