Fresh Basil Pesto

1 cup fresh basil leaves, firmly packed
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp garlic paste or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
2 Tbsp sunflower seed kernels

Mix in food processor.

Serve over your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
